Rise Practice Management System

The Rise Practice Management System empowers the organization to efficiently manage critical employee and client information in one easy-to-use platform.

LabPortal

In response to a rapidly changing situation as the COVID-19 pandemic began to take hold, a number of healthcare provider organizations identified a temporary need for an online ability to request tests and capture verifiable client data.

Community Care Systems created the LapPortal system, which was made available within ten working days and continued to be enhanced and refined over the next few months, eventually managing nine different sites. LabPortal provided a public request process, with users identifying which tests they required and securely providing verifiable information and documentation. The system supported site staff to book test times with clients, verify client identities when they arrived, and then capture and advise clients of their test results, provided by a range of different lab testing equipment outputs for different sites - avoiding potential re-keying or data entry errors.

Clients who received email notifications that results were available could then securely log into the portal to retrieve details or book a follow-up where required.
